GTA 5 Real Life Mod drastically changes the whole GTA V gaming experience for you. It adds many new features that make the game a lot more realistic and a lot more fun. Staying healthy and obeying the law is a lot more important now as you can get injured if you’re shot. Law Enforcement’s response to seeing you hold a weapon is also more deadly so you’ll have to adjust your gameplay according to real life.

GTA V Real Life Mod download is only available for Windows PCs, you can’t get it for GTA 5 PS4. The dev also states that he/she doesn’t make or update any GTA mods and this will not change anytime soon.

Mod Features

Be Wounded: Disables health regeneration (can be re-enabled). At 25% health, your character will show down and walk as if injured. Before death time will slow down to 80% and you’ll have a quick adrenaline rush.
Weapons Are Forbidden: Just as in real life carrying weapons is now illegal and cops can spot weapons that you’re carrying. This also depends on the size of the weapon, carrying a bigger weapon will result in a stronger response from law enforcement.
One Star Resist Arrest: Adds the option of resisting arrest at one-star police response. Time will drastically slow down for 8 seconds during which you will have to kill the arresting officer.
Better Car Controls: Cars must be manually turned off by holding the leave vehicle key (F) otherwise you’ll exit the vehicle with the engine running.
First-Person Mode: You can force a permanent first-person mode for further real-life-like immersion. You can further configure it for each type of vehicle.
First-Person Aiming No Hud: Allows the disabling of HUD when you aim in FPS mode, also works with Snipers.
No Map On Foot: Disabling the mini-map while on foot is now an option. It will only appear once you’re in a car that has its engine running.
